3/27/20 - Governor Kelly Issues Executive Order Establishing Kansas Essential Function Framework For COVID-19 Response

On March 24, 2020 Governor Kelly issued Executive Order 20-15 to establish the Kansas Essential Function Framework (KEFF).  This order allows for essential services and employees to continue their mission during the response to COVID-19.  KEFF is a framework for identifying and continuing these essential functions during a local "stay home" or similar order.  The Executive Order 20-15 can be viewed below.  Click on each image for larger, clearer format.
